"Manjummel Boys" follows the story of four close-knit friends who embark on a dangerous mission to rescue their missing friend. Their journey leads them to the mysterious and perilous Guna Caves in Tamil Nadu, a place shrouded in eerie legends and feared for its deadly depths, from where no one has ever returned.

The group—played by Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, and others—has been inseparable since childhood, standing by each other through thick and thin. When one of their friends mysteriously disappears, the only clue they find points toward the ominous Guna Caves.
